London | Newly-opened Chinese restaurant with roast goose

After work, I met up with friends at the newly opened Linkee for dinner. The KTV rooms downstairs are absolutely stunning and super cool—huge rooms with amazing sound effects. It’s incredible! . The cocktails are all unique. I had the White Lady, which was perfectly sweet and sour with a strong lemon aroma—so good. . Volcano Roll: A two-layered roll that's super filling. . 🦢 Roast Goose: I’ve never had roast goose in London before, and it was absolutely delicious. The skin was rich but not greasy, and paired with the sauce, the goose’s flavor really burst on my taste buds. . 🦐 Japanese Marinated Shrimp: The spicy and numbing flavor was so special, and the shrimp was incredibly fresh and tender. It just melts in your mouth! . 🐂 Wagyu Rice Bowl: The Wagyu beef was so tender, and the spicy preparation really enhanced the flavor of the beef. . Black Vinegar Braised Short Ribs: The taste was so reminiscent of Shanghai-style sweet and sour ribs.
