Every time I crave dim sum, I think of Gouqi. This place truly has an amazing ambiance, high-quality food, and excellent service. This time, I went for lunch with a friend, and it was absolutely stunning. They even served some spicy dishes to cater to different tastes! Red Oil Dumplings: The dumplings have a delicious sesame flavor, and the red oil is incredibly fragrant. The dumplings themselves are huge and taste phenomenal! Eel Rice Rolls: Truly unique and delicious. The sauce is absorbed by the eel, creating a burst of aroma on the palate. Shrimp and Scallop Dumplings: Packed with fresh seafood and scallops. The dumpling skin doesn’t stick to your teeth—absolutely loved it! Wagyu Puffs: The outer layer is incredibly crispy, while the interior has a rich and flavorful sauce. Char Siu Puffs: The pastry is buttery but not greasy, with a sweet, flaky crust perfectly complementing the well-seasoned char siu. Delicious! Custard Buns: Handmade, so the color is lighter than store-bought ones. When torn apart, the filling oozes out—perfectly hot and delicious! Claypot Rice: A huge portion with plenty of sausage and cured meat. Mix it with the sauce, and the crispy edges add an extra crunch and fragrance. Mango Sago Dessert: Finished with a sweet dessert containing grapefruit and mango. A satisfying and filling end to the meal.
