The Three Treasures of Admiralty～Marriott Grand Palace

Last year, Jayson of Marriott Grand Court finally made the restaurant a Michelin one-star Chinese restaurant because of his youth and creativity. There are always surprises coming our way, so I make a point to go there every season to try out new things. The exquisite goldfish dumplings are filled with codfish cubes, which are marinated in a homemade sauce, making them delicious. The abalone crisps were not very tasty, but they were stewed well with rich sauce and were chewy. The taro balls melt in your mouth without being greasy, and the century egg and lean meat porridge is so fragrant and soft that it cannot be dissolved. We asked four people to share two baked stuffed crab shells. The crab meat was very filling. That day, all the ladies in Taiwan ate three kinds of desserts, original barrel tofu pudding, red bean paste, and the delicious sweet-scented osmanthus cake and nut cake. Marriott's own club has a D discount, less than 3,000 for four people.
