𓄺 𓄺 Flagship is located on Ship Street in Wan Chai, one of the most chillex streets in Hong Kong. There are many exotic bars and restaurants here, and Flagship is probably the most special one. This small restaurant specializes in Chinese and Western fusion cuisine, and the atmosphere is even more exotic at night. 𓄮 Clams in Fusion Sichuan Sauce $168 The "Numbless Sichuan Clams" are indeed numbing but not spicy. We use white sandfish, which are big, thick and very delicious. 𓄮 Carbonara Chinese Style $238 The special carbonara pasta uses Chinese bacon and Jinhua ham, which is saltier and more fragrant than ordinary carbonara. 𓄮 Confit Duck Leg $298 Thousand-layer crispy waffles with duck liver confit, a pleasant surprise! It is not greasy at all, the duck meat is soft and tender, fragrant but not smelly. It goes perfectly with the sweet waffles and is very satisfying. Before visiting, I knew that this place specializes in fusion dishes, but the flavor combination was indeed a surprise.
