The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

"Above normal 5 star service. From check in to check out all staff are very friendly. Staff always think of customer point. When arriving the hotel staff at the drop off point has suggested to sent the luggage to our room but we wanted to bring the luggage up to the room ourself ( don’t need to wait for the luggage in the room) When doing the check in and after getting the room key , another staff has suggested to sent our luggages to our room and clearly explain why they want to help to sent out luggages to the room. Time receiving the luggage’s very fast. In the check out day , has called for the luggages to sent for deposit. Staff Ricky is very friendly and love to communicate to customers. Well done for his good service. Thanks for making my boss and wife wedding anniversary memorable."

Studio City's stunning Art-Deco facade features the world's highest figure-8 Ferris wheel "Golden Reel" gondola ride which straddles the resort's two-tower hotel at a height of some 130 meters. The integrated resort's other exciting entertainment offerings also include Studio City Cinema, a spectacular cinema offering nine-state-of-the-art theaters, including the first Dolby Cinema in Macau and Hong Kong; Studio City Water Park, an aquatic wonderland featuring a variety of exhilarating and family-friendly water rides and attractions for guests of all ages; LEGEND HEROES PARK, a thrilling Tech-based Entertainment that combines cutting-edge virtual technology with the physical world for an unparalleled immersive experience; Studio City Event Center, a 5,000-seat multi-purpose entertainment center designed to host live concerts, theatrical and sporting events; Seer Arena, a Nike Sports camp that offers progressive, science-based formal sport training for children of various ages, as well as Club MOP, a 48,000 sq ft space offering a new dimension of nightlife including a 10,000 sq ft terrace area, complete with private cabanas and a DJ booth, perfect for sipping on a couple of cocktails in the early evening. The club's space-themed interior, state-of-the-art sound system, and dynamic lighting pull you in for a fully immersive experience.

"The public areas were impeccably clean, with constant mopping and cleaning, which was particularly noticeable and appreciated during the rainy days we experienced. The supermarket, pharmacy, and jewelry shops located downstairs were incredibly convenient. It’s fantastic for families with children, as you don't need to step outside the hotel to access everything. The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of options, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was fully stocked with everything one could need for snacks and beverages, and the toiletries provided were comprehensive and well-thought-out. The only minor drawback was the location; it felt a little off the beaten path, and the immediate surroundings outside the hotel weren't particularly bustling. However, it was a short walk to The Parisian and The Londoner. We would definitely choose this hotel again in the future! One regret was that the 'Figure 8' Ferris Wheel was closed due to a typhoon warning and rain."

Beautifully blending East and West designs, the Grand Lisboa Palace Macau is located in Cotai, close to the East Asian Games Dome and enjoying convenient access to Macau’s new Light Rapid Transit (LRT) line, which connect guests to the Airport, Taipa Ferry Terminal, and many other locations in Taipa. Guests wanting to head to the city centre to explore the Macau Peninsula can get there within 25 minutes of travel time. The Grand Lisboa Palace Macau offers 1,350 contemporary Chinoiserie-inspired rooms and suites that are exquisitely furnished and have a breathtaking view of the resort's Jardim Secreto gardens or Cotai skyline. Each room has complimentary high-speed internet access, 55” flat-screen televisions, separate bath and walk-in showers outfitted with Grohe Freehander shower systems, and beautiful art that brings Macau’s rich cultural history to life. More physical and spiritual relaxation can be found at The Spa at Grand Lisboa Palace which features 14 opulent treatment suites and offers personalised and highly effective treatments. Guests can also receive personalised hair services by the Gentlemen’s Tonic or bespoke manicure and pedicure rituals at The PEDI:MANI:CURE Studio by Bastien Gonzalez. At the Gym, guests can exercise with advanced Technogym® cardiovascular equipment and tailored training programmes, while the temperature-controlled indoor and outdoor swimming pools are perfect for laps or relaxing dips. The resort offers an exceptional range of gastronomy with authentic flavours and enticing aromas of Macanese, Portuguese, regional Chinese and Western cuisines, presented by first-to-Macau and trendsetting restaurants.

"The room was spacious, new, and decorated in an ocean theme, exuding luxury yet elegance – perfect for photos, as shown. The bed, bathroom, and tea bar amenities were excellent, and I appreciated not needing an adapter for charging, with USB ports readily available. The minibar included a complimentary drink, a standard offering at Grand Lisboa Hotels, with no extra charge. The room layout was well-designed and practical; the luggage area had two stands, ideal for couples or families. We requested a smoking room, and it did have a smoke smell, but when we called room service, they immediately brought a high-powered air purifier. Keeping it on significantly alleviated most of the odor. The sky garden on the third floor was very picturesque. It was a shame we missed the afternoon 'Alice in Wonderland' themed performance and interactive session. Breakfast was crowded, and the Chinese options were decent, but the Western desserts and various teas were superb. Getting to the 'three people' area (referring to the main tourist area perhaps) was a bit far on foot, requiring a taxi. However, Wynn Palace was only a 10-minute walk away. Compared to that main area, this hotel has the New Yaohan department store and a large supermarket nearby. Stocking up on food, drinks, and daily necessities here was incomparably cheaper than in the main tourist spots, which is incredibly convenient for families with children and couples on a budget. Next to the supermarket, the Grand Lisboa Palace Food Court offers 'Wing Kee Beef Offal' and a delicious, generously portioned pork chop bun shop, along with Cantonese BBQ and Southeast Asian cuisine. It felt a bit cheaper than the Venetian Food Court, and it was spacious, less crowded, and peaceful. We booked one night because the room rate was cheap, and overall, it offered great value for money. It's perfect for combining with another hotel in Macau to enrich your travel experience and ease your wallet. Highly recommended! Almost forgot to mention, there's a local culture and history exhibition on the third floor called 'Lisboa: A Story of Macau,' which is definitely worth a visit! For most people, it's more worthwhile than the Picasso exhibition. 😎"

The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable — a perfect combination of luxury and relaxation. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better, offering both convenience and a wonderful view of the city. But what truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding service. Mr. Mark from the Front Desk went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless and pleasant, and Alexandra from the Bellhop team greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism every time especially during the we leaving Macau to HK Airport she guided us through the entire way it’s really so helpful and make our trip more smooth. W Macau - Studio City is part of an integrated resort of Studio City and situated on Cotai Strip, the complex includes a variety of leisure elements such as an outdoor and a newly built indoor waterpark, cinema, theatre and more. W Macau - Studio City features stylish guest rooms, each offering charming city views or the bustling Cotai view. The interior design of rooms and suites is inspired by the 1950s films shot in Macau, in which the city was first really shown on the world stage, all aspects and devices of Hollywood and cinema - be it costuming, cameras, theatres, stages, props, etc - to explore, reveal, and interpret the culture of Macau in an exciting contemporary context.

"Let's start with the positives: the facilities are quite new, and breakfast was decent, especially considering the price point in Macau. Now for the downsides. As other reviews have mentioned, I found the check-in process to be incredibly slow; it took half an hour, even though I was checking in late at night. The front desk initially claimed there were no standard rooms available and tried to assign me an accessible room. After I declined, they 'magically' found a regular room. I truly don't understand their reasoning for this. On the second morning, around 10 AM, after returning from breakfast, my room key card had stopped working. I had to wait quite a while for a new one to be delivered, which disrupted my plans for going out at noon. I complained about the service quality, and they offered a fruit platter as compensation. In summary, if you're not in a rush and aren't overly sensitive to service issues, you might consider this hotel. The overall value for money is acceptable."

Located in the heart of Macau just minutes from the ferry and airport, the Grand Emperor Hotel is decorated in grand style reminiscent of a European palace. Each guestroom in this Macau hotel is appointed with high-speed broadband Internet access, in-room safes, 37" plasma TVs and fully-stocked mini-bars.Decorated in the same grand style as the rest of the casino, seven floors of lavish gaming rooms include a full range of tables and an entire floor dedicated to a variety of slot machines. Rounding out the hotel's list of amenities is a business center, designed for the travelers seeking to mix business with pleasure.

"I booked a king-sized room for my elderly relatives. The 2-meter wide bed was huge, and the room itself was very spacious, allowing them to move around comfortably. The bathroom was very clean, and the soundproofing was excellent; they barely heard any noise from the next room at night! The bus stop downstairs is very convenient, and Yaohan department store is right next door, offering many dining options in its food court. Across the street, Lai Lai Supermarket is very affordable. Macau Square downstairs also has many snack restaurants, and Sasa and Mannings are great for browsing!"

"The hotel is a swift 7-8 minute taxi ride from Hengqin Port, costing 60 MOP (I later remembered there's a direct hotel shuttle, but I'd forgotten at the time!). It's conveniently located in the same building as The Londoner. From the moment we pulled up with our luggage, the doorman was incredibly attentive and enthusiastic, promptly assisting us and maintaining that exceptional level of warmth all the way through check-in. I truly felt their service was outstanding. While the rooms might be a bit dated, they are impeccably maintained and offer fantastic value for money, especially when compared to The Londoner. The casino and an extensive shopping complex are just downstairs. It's definitely a highly recommended stay. It was my son's 12th birthday on our check-in day, and he had flown independently from Singapore. I had informed the hotel in advance, and they thoughtfully surprised him with a cake and warm birthday wishes, which we deeply appreciated. My only minor complaint is that the business center charges 80 MOP per hour for computer use, and the operating system was in English. Thankfully, I was still able to navigate it."

EEtta WongMy family and I just wrapped up a wonderful 2-night stay at Nuwa Hotel Macau, and wow – we’re already planning our return! From check-in to check-out, every interaction felt personalized, warm, and genuinely thoughtful. Here’s why Nuwa stands out: ✨ Standout Staff Shoutouts: - Tiffany at Front Office was an absolute gem! So welcoming, efficient, and sweet – she set the tone for our stay perfectly. - Bellboys were always alert, helpful, and ready with a smile whenever we needed assistance. - Housekeeping deserves huge praise! They arranged a shower chair for my elderly mom during turndown service – no fuss, just pure kindness. ❤️ - Gym Attendant Arnold went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Not only was he super friendly, but he personally escorted my mom to the changing room and ensured she felt comfortable. The entire gym crew & safeguard team showed incredible patience and care toward her – it meant the world to us! 🍽️ Room Service & Integrity: We did hit one small snag: we ordered room service and discovered mould in a yogurt. We simply informed the team to prevent other guests from experiencing the same. Their response? IMPRESSIVE. They immediately apologized, checked their entire stock, assured us of food safety protocols, and waived our entire room service bill as a gesture of goodwill. No excuses – just accountability and action! 🎯 Management That Listens: At checkout, **Front Office Manager Man personally apologized for the yogurt incident – a classy touch that showed real ownership. It wasn’t just about fixing a mistake; it was about valuing us as guests. 💯 Final Verdict: Nuwa isn’t just a hotel – it’s a place where **staff treat you like family**. Their attention to detail (especially for elderly guests), proactive service recovery, and consistent warmth made our stay unforgettable. **HIGHLY RECOMMEND** for families, couples, or anyone seeking luxury *with* heart. We’ll 100% be back soon! Thank you, Team Nuwa – you’ve set the bar sky-high!👏🏼💫

GGuest User## Facilities: Quite Disappointing On the first day, the shower drain was blocked, causing water to overflow everywhere. It was quite late, so I ended up using a bathmat to soak it up myself. The next day, I specifically called the front desk, and they left a message when I returned saying it had been resolved. To my dismay, it was blocked again the second day, forcing me to rush out mid-shower to call them. Additionally, the room phone seemed to have a faulty connection; I kept trying to dial but couldn't get a call through. Even after requesting an air purifier, my throat still felt quite stuffy. ## Service: During check-in, I specifically requested not to be given a room at the end of the corridor. Well, they assigned me the very first room. Two staff members even came up to demonstrate how to operate the curtains... (a bit excessive!). However, the room service staff were actually very good; they were patient and responded promptly to all my requests. ## Location: The location is indeed quite out of the way. Taxis are scarce during peak hours, whereas it was much easier to hail a cab at The Londoner during the same times. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're traveling with minors, as you'll have to walk a much longer route if you can't cut through the casino. I honestly don't know how people manage to explore all of Macau in a single day. For me, getting back from The Venetian felt incredibly far, and even getting to The Londoner was quite a trek. I was so exhausted I even considered taking a taxi just to get to Wynn. ## Cleanliness: The cleanliness was acceptable. I didn't experience any allergic reactions while sleeping, and overall, the room was quite clean. However, I suspect my throat discomfort was likely related to the carpet.

44399dianjingdashiThis might be my fourth or fifth stay at the Galaxy Hotel, and I really love the interior design here. When the sun shines into the room, it feels so comfortable; it's never dark or gloomy. Every time I check in, there are always little desserts to enjoy while waiting, and Butler Betty is always there to assist. Most of the snacks and drinks in the room are complimentary! As for breakfast, it's quite pricey, similar to The Londoner, but comparing the two, it definitely falls short. I'll continue to choose Galaxy Hotel on my next trip to Macau, but I probably won't opt for breakfast again, haha, because the value for money isn't great. Betty also comes by during breakfast to ask how it was and what could be improved, which is definitely a commendable point! Such thoughtful service!

DDoufuzhazhaI visited during the off-peak season, and the price was incredibly good value – a real steal, especially as it won't be available at this rate again until after the Chinese New Year. It also happened to coincide with the International Fireworks Festival, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows served as a perfect viewing platform. All the photos, aside from the first two, were taken with my phone from inside the room; one of them beautifully captures the night view of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. I was so reluctant to leave, constantly looking back. The whole experience was simply fantastic. I'm already making plans to stay again!

MM267313****I've been to Macau many times and stayed at many hotels here, but this visit to MO still amazed me. The service was exceptional; every hotel staff member I encountered, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly friendly. The breakfast was delicious. I met Leo every day at breakfast, and he was always friendly and proactive. When he learned it was my first stay, he kindly introduced me to the different breakfast options. It was perfectly timed and never felt intrusive, like a friend hosting a guest. The room was very clean with excellent views. The turndown service every evening was fantastic. The hotel is connected to MGM via One Central, so you can take MGM's shuttle buses from there. This hotel gives off a true holiday vibe, unlike the noisier casino hotels. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax in Macau.

11398213****The front desk has staff who speak Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, and they were very friendly during check-in. I really appreciate the front desk staff. It was also very convenient to store our luggage on the last day. The hotel is right next to Sands, and you can take a direct bus to Gongbei Port. The room facilities are complete; I especially liked the bathtub, and the hygiene was excellent. For Macau, where space is at a premium, the room size was surprisingly large, and the bed was huge. I was very satisfied with this stay.

GGuest UserAn incredibly luxurious five-star hotel. I've always been a fan of Karl Lagerfeld's designs, so I was absolutely thrilled to have the opportunity to stay at The Karl Lagerfeld Hotel today! The value for money here is excellent. Breakfast is served à la carte on the first floor, and it wasn't crowded at all.

__CFT0404027****Pros: The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Macau Peninsula. It's a short walk to the old Wynn and both the old and new Grand Lisboa. The area downstairs is lively with tons of small shops to browse, and many pharmacies. It's also very close to the Fortuna Hotel. The in-room toiletries are L'Occitane. The 'wet market' on the hotel's third floor is also interesting; although it's old, it still retains the charm and vibrancy of a grand hotel. The lobby is impressive, and they offer various complimentary drinks. I personally found the milk tea quite good, and they have several hot drink options, which are more considerate for women than the iced milk tea at MGM. And despite what some say about the Landmark Hotel being 'doomed,' I found it to be a fun spot with a less intimidating atmosphere than some of the larger casinos. Cons: 1. The soundproofing in the room is indeed poor. Even as a deep sleeper, I was woken up by doors closing upstairs and could clearly hear mobile phone conversations from outside. 2. There was no charging adapter, which made charging inconvenient. The adapter in the bathroom outlet also didn't work for my hair styling tools. 3. The surrounding area felt a bit chaotic at night, and I didn't feel entirely safe going out, though that might just be a perception. 4. It felt very dated; metal fixtures and hangers in the room were significantly discolored. 5. You have to take an elevator from the first floor to the sixth floor to transfer to another elevator to get to the room, which is a bit circuitous, but thankfully the hallway isn't too long.
