A gondola ride here is perfect for photos. The room was spacious, with a sunken living room design, comfortable bedding, meticulous housekeeping, and a full range of amenities. Its prime location in Cotai offers indoor walkways directly connecting to other major hotels, and Taipa Village is within walking distance. The hotel provides free shuttle buses to the border and airport. The Grand Canal Shoppes inside feature numerous luxury brands, Andrew's Egg Tarts, and many specialty restaurants – everything you need for dining, accommodation, and entertainment in one place. Shirley at the front desk was efficient during check-in and helped arrange a late checkout, and Ava in housekeeping provided attentive service. With amenities like a swimming pool and gym, it’s perfect for both family vacations and couples' getaways. Even after multiple visits to Macau, I would still choose this hotel. Highly recommended."

"Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and tidy, with a cozy layout, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The bathroom was well-equipped with a stable hot water supply. The location is also excellent, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. There was a gentleman in the hotel lobby with an exceptional attitude; he helped us call a taxi and even weighed our luggage for us."

There's also a kids' club and indoor/outdoor play facilities. If your kids enjoy swimming, the heated outdoor garden pool with slides and a dedicated children's pool is a fantastic place to splash around. However, since it's open-air, it can't be used on rainy days. - **Location & Convenience:** The location is incredibly convenient, situated on Avenida da Amizade on the Macau Peninsula. It's within walking distance of Sands Casino, Fisherman's Wharf, and Lotus Square. The Macau Grand Prix Museum and Science Center are also nearby. Plus, there's free shuttle service to the airport and Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, or it's just a short taxi ride, making getting around hassle-free. - **Overall Experience:** Even though it's an older hotel, the facilities are well-maintained after renovation. The Portuguese-style garden environment is very pleasant. The overall service is friendly towards both families and the elderly, making it a great family-friendly option for a relaxed stay while exploring Macau."

"This was our second night, and the room had a beautiful view of the surroundings, offering a clear sight of Macau Airport and the LRT station. The breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and varied. If you book a room and choose the option that includes two breakfasts, it's really good value for money and highly recommended. However, if you stay for more than one night, the in-room beverages won't be as plentiful as on the first day; only bottled water will be replenished. This is something that could be improved."

The hotel feels elegant, modern, and luxurious, yet still warm and welcoming. Our room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Every detail seemed carefully considered, from the quality bedding and spacious bathroom to the premium amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the room. We especially appreciated the complimentary coffee machine, TWG tea selection, luxury toiletries, and the stunning views overlooking Cotai. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding resorts, attractions, shopping, and dining options. The hotel itself is connected to a vibrant complex, so there is always something to see and enjoy without needing to travel far. What impressed us most was the level of service. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and throughout our stay we felt valued as guests. The facilities were equally impressive. Everything was maintained to a very high standard, and the overall atmosphere felt refined, comfortable, and relaxing. It is clear that Londoner Grand aims to provide a premium guest experience, and in our case, it absolutely succeeded. One tip for future guests: if possible, I highly recommend paying the full reservation amount in advance. We prepaid our stay through Trip.com, and when we arrived for check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we were exempt from paying a security deposit, which made the arrival process even faster and more convenient. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays we have had in Macau. We would gladly return and would not hesitate to recommend Londoner Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable experience."
