"The hygiene was good, and the overall environment was decent. The service was excellent. The Venetian Macao, The Parisian Macao, and The Londoner Macao are all interconnected, allowing for indoor access between them. It's also not far from City of Dreams, Wynn, and MGM, about a 10-minute walk. During check-in, the front desk staff was very welcoming, offering some complimentary snacks and patiently explaining directions. I had heard some rumors before, so when I was initially assigned a room on the 18th floor, I was a bit scared after entering. After contacting the front desk, they promptly arranged a room on a different floor, which was also non-smoking. The front desk mentioned that it would take some time to prepare the room and suggested I could go out and explore, and they would contact me when it was ready. They also offered to deliver my luggage to the new room, and I could pick up the room key at the South Wing lobby on the first floor, avoiding the need to go back to the main lobby. The view from the window during the day was great. Since the hotel has been open for a while, the facilities aren't as new and it lacks smart technology. The bathroom door is opaque, creating a small, enclosed space when closed, which was a bit unsettling. Overall, the hotel is still good. I'd like to commend Winson and Sean at the front desk for their warm and patient service during check-in."

"We stayed for 5 nights at The Londoner Grand (Bond Tower) on level 16, facing a near open garden and a far land of further development; side viewing of Studio City, not really a fantastic external view but a spacious internal which is good enough for 2 pax.  We felt room was clean the very 1st night.  Subsequently nights until the night before check-out, room didn’t seem to vacuum as we still saw strands of hair left on the toilet’s flooring.  Throughout the 5 nights, we were quite perturbed about not having a Smart TV in this considered new hotel in this era.  Pillows were a little too soft for us.  But, we were delighted that the front-desk staff able to help reserved memory foam pillows on top of the soft pillows for the subsequent nights. We have no other complains except the above.  In fact, services rendered from the front-desk were superb.  We would love to commend Ms Melody for her exceptional dedication of services rendered to us upon checked-in on the very first night.  She’s very polite, friendly and helpful.  She initiated giving attractions and shows information after knowing we hadn’t been visited Macau for the last 10 years; and when we were in need to exchange smaller HKD notes, she went all the way to the back office to help us exchanged.  We were grateful to have met Melody who also helped to ensure arranging a Birthday cake to be sent to our room on a specific timing.  Apart from praising the service staffs, we love using the Smeg kettle for making our coffee and tea.  Best is, the Jo Loves Pomelo Body Lotion that The Londoner Grand provides, leave the room in really nice fragrance after applying on our bodies. This makes me go all the way to source and purchase after returning to our home country, hehe…"

"This hotel is still in its soft opening phase, and if you get the chance, I highly recommend staying here for at least one night to enjoy a world of luxury at an affordable price. Each room can comfortably fit four adults, so sharing it with friends makes it a truly great deal! Privacy is a priority here; each room has its own dedicated elevator, and you simply scan your key card for it to take you directly to your floor. When you enter the villa, you are welcomed by a large living room stocked with complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks. Moving up two steps, there is an enclosed bedding area featuring a sofa. It doesn't have a door, but rather a curtain for privacy. A few more stairs lead you up to the guest bathroom. Further inside is the main bathroom, which is absolutely massive and beautifully designed with a black marble bathtub, a Japanese smart toilet room, a separate shower room, and twin basins. It is fully stocked with all the amenities you could need, but the standout touches were a lovely rose mask and a very high-quality hairbrush. Beyond that is the master suite, featuring a huge, comfortable bed and a chaise lounge. They offer a pillow menu where you can choose your preferred type. However, my friend asked the butler to bring a lavender pillow, but unfortunately, it was never brought to the room. As we were celebrating our birthdays, the staff put up a simple but lovely decoration, gifted us a small cake, and surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne. We spent the afternoon—and part of the next morning after breakfast—at the pool area. It features a spectacular plant wall, which is certified by the Guinness World Records as the largest semi-indoor vertical garden, alongside several small pools infused with different mineral waters. The only downside was the breakfast. While there was some variety, it unfortunately did not meet the high luxury standards of the rest of the hotel, and there is definitely a lot of room for improvement in this area."

"The hotel's location is great, just a few minutes' walk to Wynn Palace and MGM Cotai. The room was spacious and clean. We stayed to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the small cake the hotel sent was delicious. The mini-bar offered one free round of drinks, including sodas, beer, and bottled water. However, there were too many guests during this stay. We queued at 3:30 PM for check-in, and by 4:00 PM, after completing registration, we were told the room wasn't ready yet. We were informed we'd receive an SMS with the room number in 45-60 minutes. We tried to request a one-hour late checkout, but the front desk couldn't accommodate it due to a private event on our departure day. We finally received the SMS notification at 5:45 PM (which was 1 hour and 45 minutes later). Apart from this, everything else was very satisfactory."

"This stay at The Parisian Macao was excellent value for money. Priced at 857 during the National Day holiday (on the 6th), it was a great deal. The hotel room was quite spacious (around 30+ square meters). I booked a 2-meter king bed room, but it was changed to two 1.4-meter double beds, which was perfect for traveling with a child. The hotel lobby boasts a magnificent French-style decoration. There's a casino on the first floor, luxury brands on the second, a food court on the fifth, and a children's playground and water park on the sixth. It's incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. My child (12 years old) was most thrilled with the spinning waterslide at the water park, saying it was exciting and fun. Yanty, who handled our check-in, had a wonderful attitude and patiently helped us find a non-smoking room. Later, a staff member called to follow up on our stay and offered a small gift for the child, but we had already checked out quickly and left, so unfortunately, we didn't get it. Overall, it was a very good stay. The Parisian Macao will be my top choice for my next visit to Macau."

"This hotel exceeded all expectations 🏨. I was honestly a bit nervous about staying here, but I was so pleasantly surprised when I arrived! First off, the atmosphere felt just like a Southeast Asian resort – incredibly relaxing and laid-back. Secondly, the service was absolutely fantastic. Freddie was super nice! I had mentioned during booking that it was a family member's birthday, and not only did they arrange a room with an even better view, but they also surprised us with a cake 🍰 and fruit. It was such a thoughtful touch! Plus, the location is super convenient, with a bus stop right outside, making it very easy to get around."

"📍Location Sharing a lobby with The Londoner Macao, it's very close to the Eiffel Tower and Big Ben, making it convenient for quick photoshoots right outside and enjoying the night view. 🛏️Room The room is quite spacious, not cramped at all. The toiletries are Byredo, with a sophisticated scent, a great touch that adds to the experience. 🎁Conrad Macao Souvenirs This time, I got all the purple slippers, the bear, and the soap duck! They're so cute, a dream come true for Conrad Macao souvenir collectors. I recommend asking the front desk when you check in; they usually give them if they have stock. 🍳Breakfast Breakfast is served in time slots, such as 7 AM, 8:30 AM, etc., and there's a wide variety of options. Just go during your reserved slot and fill up before heading out for a day of exploring. 🏊Pool The pool is really photogenic! When the lighting is good, any snapshot looks great. Remember to set aside some time if you want to take beautiful photos. 📌Summary Great location, spacious rooms, Byredo toiletries, abundant breakfast, a photogenic pool, plus the chance to snap photos of the Eiffel Tower and Big Ben. If you're looking to collect the purple bear and soap duck, go for it. Souvenir quantities are limited and subject to the hotel's actual stock."
