"I've been spoiled by the Four Seasons, I truly love it, love it, love it! The front desk was so enthusiastic, giving us Macau guidebooks and a small plush toy for my child. They also gave us a detailed introduction, which was great. Every staff member at the hotel was very polite. In the room, there were fruit, cake, and pastries, which was a nice touch. Every day, they provided turn-down service, tidying up all our belongings, even neatly organizing charging cables. The swimming pool also offered free Haagen-Dazs. Next time I come to Macau, I definitely want to stay at the Four Seasons again! 🇲🇴"

"We booked eight rooms for a family gathering and requested them to be on the same floor in advance. The hotel not only arranged it perfectly but also provided cakes and fruits. From the moment we checked in, our entire group experienced the hotel's incredibly warm and thoughtful service. I'd especially like to thank a waitress in the breakfast restaurant (I apologize for forgetting her name). I mentioned that my parents, who are early risers, wouldn't know how to use the coffee machine. She remembered this, and the next morning, she personally brought coffee to them. Thank you so much for your attentive service! The staff were consistently polite, whether we were at the pool, in the sauna, entering or leaving the lobby, in the restaurant, on our floor, or taking the shuttle bus. It was truly an excellent stay, and we will definitely choose Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau again on our next visit!"

Grand Coloane Beach Resort Macau(Former:Westin Resort Macau)is an eight-storey grand complex terracing up a mountainside with the soft rolling green expanse. Built in Portuguese- Macanese style, Grand Coloane Resort is located on idyllic Coloane Island overlooking the South China Sea and Hac Sa Beach, and next to the lush green hills of Coloane National Park. It’s a relaxing getaway from the bustle of everyday life. Lush tropical foliage and the endless expanses of the South China Sea form a beautiful backdrop for a range of activities. Macau Golf & Country Club is situated on the resort’s rooftop, it is an 18-hole tournament style championship golf course, which is suitable for an additional relaxation experience to our guest, golf tournament or events, or the perfect place to have a golf tutorials lesson for our golf Pro.

"The connecting room was very spacious, and we stayed for five nights. Our original room was on the second floor, but we paid extra to upgrade to the eighth floor. The sea view from the room was excellent. The hotel's breakfast and service were also great, and there's a daily shuttle to Grand Lisboa Palace. The only regret is that starting from the third night, I developed an itchy rash all over my body. My child also had it slightly, but he recovered within two days. Even after returning to Beijing from Macau, the rash continued, especially on my legs, to the point where I couldn't sleep at night due to the itching. I went to the hospital and was diagnosed with insect bites, which can appear within 1-10 days, and it still hasn't cleared up. I suspect it might have been caused by dust mites in the hotel's bathrobes or bedding."

"There were quite a few guests checking in that day, but the staff were very patient and handled everything efficiently. The twin-bed terrace room was very comfortable, and the bedding was clean and tidy. The two bottles of drinking water were placed in the bathroom, but I personally think it would be better if they were in the minibar area. There's a self-service vending room on the floor with sodas and beer priced similarly to the small supermarket downstairs. Since it rained during my stay, I mainly relied on taxis for getting around. On the day of check-out, I needed to go to MGM, and the free shuttle bus right outside was very convenient."

Macau's Rocks Hotel, a five-story European-style building, is situated at the end of Fisherman's Wharf, within reasonable distance of downtown. The hotel's Victorian-style rooms feature luxurious bathrooms and private balconies, all of which look out onto the dazzling view.Vic's Café offers an Australian style buffet, while the rooftop Sky Lounge features a comprehensive collection of wines and spirits and stunning view.

"This was my favorite hotel of the trip, no contest. First off, the location is excellent, perfect for a vacation where you can easily spend a whole day at the hotel. It's right by the Fisherman's Wharf, very quiet. While there's no car access right outside, you can walk to Sands Macao to catch a taxi or public transport. The facilities are great too – a bathtub, a balcony… especially the balcony for drying clothes, which is a huge advantage over many other hotels. When traveling in summer, you change clothes daily and need to wash them, so this was incredibly convenient. The Portuguese-style decor is well-executed, with great attention to detail. The price and comfort level also far surpass hotels in the resort areas. The food presentation was lovely, a mix of Western and Chinese. Although the buffet selection wasn't vast, the quality was excellent. The service attitude was also wonderful; they specially brought me extra hangers for drying clothes, and when I needed more water, they delivered it immediately. There are also water dispensers in the public areas – I was very impressed with the attention to detail. This will definitely be my top choice for my next trip to Macau. No wonder it's Rosy Zhao's choice; I'm glad I followed the celebrity's recommendation!"

Pousada de Coloane is situated on Cheoc-Van beach surrounded by green tree-clad mountains and set in the quiet country-side of Coloane Island. This hotel is a unique venue -- romantic, peaceful and relaxing. A few years ago the hotel underwent a full renovation and is decorated in typical rustic Portuguese style – the management continues to improve the property on a regular basis to ensure satisfying experiences for our guests.  All rooms are air-conditioned and have TV, Mini Bar.  Rooms are furnished and decorated with traditional Portuguese furniture and tiles.Hotel is opened in 1977, and partly renovated in Dec 2011, the building is 3 levels high with a total of 29 rooms.

"The hotel is located on a slope, so getting up and down is very steep and would be quite difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The bus stop is close to the hotel, but again, the climb is challenging. The room was spacious, and I was pleased to find an iron and ironing board. The hotel has a cozy, Portuguese style. There's a small pool, which the kids enjoyed. Breakfast was modest, with coffee in a thermos, but you won't go hungry. We walked to the sea to swim but decided against going in. The water was very murky, and there were dead fish floating around. Only a couple of Chinese tourists were on the beach. Housekeeping was very poor; all the towels and bedding should be replaced. Everything was old and worn out, and the duvet covers were synthetic. There was mold in the bathroom. And the icing on the cake – a huge, 5cm cockroach ran in and scared the children."

This hotel is a top choice if you're exploring the Macau Peninsula. The location is superb; stepping out of the hotel at night to wander through the old streets and alleys instantly makes you feel like a local, not just a tourist. The bus stop right outside on Senado Square (Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro) offers convenient connections to various places. The hotel's decor is fresh, a stylish blend of retro and modern. But what truly stands out is the exceptional service. From the greeters on the first floor to the front desk staff, the restaurant servers, and even the rooftop terrace greeters – everyone is incredibly warm and welcoming. They greet you with a smile, offer help, and provide directions. Getting to Taipa Island by bus from the hotel entrance is also very convenient, taking only about 30 minutes.

The service was excellent and thorough, with a free minibar and complimentary, refillable bottled water. Thumbs up! Plus, there are refreshments in the lobby. It's clean and hygienic. The only minor downsides are that there's no direct vehicle access to the entrance, and the location is a bit out of the way. Otherwise, everything is great. Excellent value for money!

The room was clean and tidy. Although a bit small, it had all the necessary facilities. Even though it's a new hotel, there was no strong renovation smell. The soundproofing was also decent. It's quite close to the City Hall and Our Lady of the Rosary Church. The front desk staff were very friendly and communicating in Mandarin was no problem. They even gave a small gift upon check-out. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The room was neat, bright, and clean. Although not large, it was well-equipped and very comfortable. The surroundings are beautiful, and there's even a rooftop garden. It's very close to the city center, yet surprisingly quiet. Located on a hillside, it's perfect for those who enjoy walking and getting some exercise. A short walk further up the hill leads to a park with panoramic views of the entire city. The hotel also offers a transfer service, making it very convenient for getting to your next destination.

To sum it up, this is a hotel with incredible value for money in Macau. Complimentary one-way private car transfer service (choose either pick-up or drop-off): The hotel offers a free transfer service, and we were picked up directly from the airport to the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. When we were leaving, we couldn't find a taxi, and the staff very kindly helped us call one, which was fantastic. Facilities: The hotel amenities include a Dyson hairdryer, Acqua di Parma toiletries, etc., on par with what you'd find at Morpheus. It exceeded my expectations and I was very satisfied. Cleanliness: The hotel is generally very clean. The hallways, rooms, and even the balcony all looked quite clean. Since it's near the sea and on a lower floor, the bed felt a bit damp, but it was an acceptable level of dampness. Ambiance: I came specifically for the castle-like architectural features. Upon entering, there's a mountain spring by the steps. Our sea-view room directly faced the ocean and the towering buildings across from it. Both the daytime and nighttime views are remarkable, and if you don't feel like going out, just sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sea view is quite chill. Service: The staff were very warm and attentive. It was my first time using the hotel's pick-up service, so I wasn't entirely familiar with it, but everything was handled perfectly.

The environment is incredibly quiet and beautiful, nestled on Bishop Hill with direct views of the Macau Tower. The service was excellent, especially the shuttle bus service which made getting around very convenient. The hotel staff were also very friendly and even upgraded our room for free. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping the room spotless during our extended stay. The hotel's breakfast buffet was wonderful and very satisfying. Cleanliness met five-star hotel standards. We've stayed here more than once, and overall it always feels very comfortable, like returning home each time.
