"The room isn't huge but it's well-equipped. The only minor gripe is they provided very little toilet paper, so I ended up using my own. Otherwise, the hygiene was quite good. The small rooftop garden is lovely, and the night view is great for photos, especially of the lighthouse. It's actually not far from Shin-Pujing; walking down the slope makes it easy to catch the 6A bus, which is convenient for getting to Pier 38 (Sam Pal). However, the slope is quite steep, so it might not be suitable for older guests. I highly recommend the bonito and peanut congee for breakfast; it was so delicious I had it two days in a row. The pickup service was also excellent, and they helped with luggage."

"The hotel is super cute, with photo opportunities everywhere. My kids absolutely loved the breakfast included, and it was delicious! The service was also excellent. However, there were a few downsides: we only got our room at 4 PM, and it's a 10-minute exposed walk from the light rail station. The hotel's restaurant closed too early in the evening, leaving no other dining options besides a single cha chaan teng (Hong Kong-style cafe). On a positive note, the apple candy from blooom is super tasty and affordable – highly recommend it!"

"What a gem! This was I think our 5th stay here and we've already booked our next stay soon! That's how amazing it is here in Artyzen. We just adore this resort and the staff are always hospitable and kind. They remember us by our first names. What a nice touch. We enjoyed our suite, pool, gym, kidsco, breakfast and eating by the pool. Thank you to Mr. Will, Jennifer, Maricris, Yang, the bell man who always help and assist us (sorry I forgot his name) and of course Mr. Patrick for always taking care of us and making sure we have an unforgettable stay as always. "I highly recommend this hotel in downtown Macau—it offers incredible value for money. The bus stop is very close, and attractions like St. Paul's Ruins are within easy walking distance. You can also catch amazing night views from the rooftop of the New Central Hotel next door. The front desk can help arrange taxis, and the ones they call are legitimate and handle payments automatically based on the exchange rate. It's clear the hotel management is passionate about their work and pays close attention to every detail, showing great patience with guests. When we needed to switch rooms, there was a slight delay, but they worked quickly to sort it out. They also genuinely listen to feedback. Their smiling service and excellent attitude are probably why the rooms are always fully booked. If I had to mention a downside, it would be the small rooms and tiny bathroom. But for two girls looking for great value, it's definitely a good choice."

"Excellent! This is an established five-star hotel with very spacious rooms and magnificent decor. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and varied. It's super convenient for shopping, with the Seasons Place mall right upstairs. Plus, it's easy to get to The Parisian, The Londoner, and The Venetian – you don't even have to go outside; there's a connected shopping street that links them all."

"This was a surprisingly satisfying experience! I read some reviews saying the hotel was old, but when I got there, it didn't feel old at all. In fact, I thought it was very well-maintained. We were traveling with a child, and this hotel met all our needs. There's a swimming pool, both indoor and outdoor, and they're quite large. The water quality is excellent and very clean. Staff at the pool distribute clean, sanitized towels. There's a dedicated play area for children with a ball pit, picture books, and lots of toys. I personally found it very clean 😊. There's a sauna in the changing rooms, separate for men and women. I love saunas; it was super relaxing. The hotel also hosts activities at different times. It's a shame we only stayed one night and couldn't participate. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel this time. For dinner, we ordered room service. There was a huge variety of dishes, covering all sorts of cuisines. Breakfast was a buffet, and our whole family was pleased with it. This experience was so good that we're already planning our next stay! ☺️"
