We were very satisfied throughout our stay at the W Hotel. We couldn't ask for more. Laura at the front desk, who assisted us, was very hands-on. She managed to prioritize us since we have a kid, so that we didn't have to wait in a long queue. Mr. Kim was very welcoming and kind. All of the staff were attentive. The room is very clean, and we loved the interior design. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety in food. The pastries were good, and the ice cream was delicious. My son loved it. We're glad that our seat arrangement was not far from the food selection. The staff were very accommodating. Upon check-out, FO approached us right away, and he was on point in handling the guests. We will definitely be coming back again. Overall, our stay was phenomenal.

Very new hotel and modern, highly recommended for stay but not easy to go to Parisian, Londoner, Venetian must cross a road no connecting way, ****** is free flow drink and snack

W hotels are always a wonderful place to stay. Room very clean with good amenities. Staff friendly and polite and location is excellent for a variety of ******s. Only downside of this stay is that we had to que 30 minutes before we could get into the breakfast hall and then the service in there was slow. The food was excellent as always.

Breakfast was the highlight. Very quality food. Room is spacious, 2 mins from water park, probably the nearest hotel. Staffs are very friendly. Enjoyed our stay very much.

The room was absolutely fantastic! The room size, the tub, the room items, the service everything was extremely pleasant. Their robes were just so soft and fluffy! It was extremely convenient to head to nearby F&B, and also convenient to head to the water park (more on this in a separate review).
The lobby design was also superb, and the pool was amazing, completely with a hot jacuzzi, a cold dip, and sauna.
