Staff are super nice, I ordered 3 bottles of water they brought me 6, requested for another “duck” gift as the original one in the room was little damaged…they all brought these things to the room using a tray to serve. And a birthday cake to delight us… The room is spacious if you usually stayed in basic room type of other hotel, I think it can accommodate 1 or 1.5 more king size bed Credits to staff during checkin, room service, even the staff at lift saying goodbye when checkout

As a solo traveller, I am satisfied with the courteous and attentive service provided by members of the staff in Four Seasons. They assisted me and gave me practical suggestions cordially. They asked for my comments and followed without delay. They gave me feed back as soon as possible. The various international cuisines provided in the morning breakfast were unique and attractive. I was exhilarated to see the Teppanyaki ice cream 😍! I ordered one with my own choice of toppings, yum! If you have a sweet tooth, you will be gratified to see various desserts provided. Moreover, a waiter from time to time came to our tables and surprised dinners with limited unique, skillfully crafted dim sums. As a female traveller, the hygiene in the toilet in my room is a vital concern. I was satisfied to find the second roll of toilet paper covered with a decent cover so that it would not be contaminated in exposure to the toilet. Apart from the towels placed outside the bathroom/ bath tub, it was thoughtful that towels were placed beside the beds. It will be more comfortable n healthy to dry feet thoroughly before going to bed. Surely, the view, the decorations, the seasonal flower arrangements and the facilities in this renowned prestigious hotel were impeccable as I expected.

This hotel brings back lots of my childhood memories, I am so glad it re-opens and making it so grand like the great old days. This hotel status is like peace hotel in Shanghai; the peninsula in Hong Kong... Each and every small details are so fine and taken care of, a wooden tooth brush, bronze mouth wash cup, fresh coffee bean, an imitate tube Bluetooth speaker, complimentary red wine with Central hotel logo...., it's a tiny museum only in the room. Staff are nice and polite and professional. We were well taken care by the hotel manager, Joseph, he introduced nearby restaurant for us, and taken care of all our requests. This is not a hotel! The staff and the decoration of the place makes it a palace, it's an unique experience!

From the initial contact by Catherine Londoner Guest Relations Team to the pickup limo by Brian at Heng Qin port to the arrival at the main entrance, received by Gordon 吳鎮宇 star captain team manager to the suite it’s a great impression of tops hotelier experience ! The afternoon tea and evening cocktail reception literally occupied the rest of our evening at The Residence, Londoner restaurant operation for guests. Many thanks to Jessica Exec manager who introduces us various gourmet foods and canapés and offers a special plate of strawberries and blueberry to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. To our surprise, the Guest Relations Team delivers a cake to our room in the evening at 9:30pm. The next day breakfast at The Residence restaurant is sumptuous and exquisite. Elna Exec manager from Taiwan personally serves tea and suggests a few dim sum items for us to taste. Our one day stay at Londoner is filled with joy and 感恩to all the Londoner staffs who pamper us with genuine hospitality and professionalism. The top quality of the staff, the food quality and the ambiance contribute to our precious memories. Gordon and Fiona, Stephen(?)who offers us guidance to maneuver around Londoner Sands , Venetian shoppes, assisted our departure inn a limousine at 4pm. We will be back. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Macau, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the staff truly made our stay memorable. Michelle, in particular, was outstanding. Her attentiveness and genuine care for our needs enhanced our experience significantly. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. One of the lovely surprises during our stay was the thoughtful thank-you card and a little gift for my bambino. It was such a heartwarming gesture that made us feel special and appreciated, adding a personal touch that we will always remember. We also indulged in the afternoon tea service in our room, which was set up beautifully. The atmosphere was both nice and romantic, creating the perfect backdrop for our tea time. The staff who organized this were incredibly thoughtful, ensuring that every detail was just right. The room itself was a haven of comfort. It was not only beautifully appointed, but the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such stunning scenery in the morning was a highlight of our stay. Lastly, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It is within walking distance of local restaurants and parks, making it easy for us to explore the area and find fun activities for our child to enjoy. However, the only downside I noticed was that some of the cutlery, specifically the knives and forks, seemed a bit old and worn out. While the overall dining experience was delightful, a refresh of these items could elevate the dining experience even further. Overall, my stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Macau was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. Thank you, Mandarin Oriental, for an unforgettable vacation!

It was beyond expectation and satisfying. The hotel hardware is luxurious and exquisite, clean and sanitary. The software service is even more satisfactory, and the butler service system is particularly considerate. From the moment I checked in, a butler was always available to provide considerate service. I had already added my contact information before I checked in. They added a bed for us as requested and gave us a lot of desserts. The bouquet of flowers to welcome us was also very pleasing. I would like to thank the butler Ken Zhang for his attentive and considerate service, and also thank the butler Lucas Lu for his enthusiastic company. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Macau.

I had a not so good experience staying at this hotel. I arrived around 3:15pm and the room was still not ready. Front desk staff told us that we still need to wait another 45 minutes or so, and offered us free welcome drinks at the lounge beside, well that’s the least they could do when check-in time was supposed to be at 3:00pm. I requested higher floors and they only gave me a room on the 17th floor, and there are like 30+ floors. They told me that’s the only room available, I’m disappointed in that as I have booked my room a few days ago and waited so long at checkin. I requested a non-smoking room, but when I entered the room there was a pungent smell of cigarette smoking. I immediately contact front desk and requested a room change but they refused and told me that’s the only room they have available (would that be possible in such a big hotel?). The hotel just brought an air purifier, which only kill germs but does not deodorize, and we had to face with the smell of cigarettes during our stay. In general the room was spacious and had modern design, just not too practical. The bathroom is large but the shower and the bathtub is very far separated, which is very inconvenient after a bath to walk all the way to the shower when you’re all wet. They also have an electric toilet, but the toilet board itself is very small, I wonder how a tall foreigner can sit on it? One thing I would like to compliment is that the welcome fruits are very fresh and there are many snacks to choose from. The indoor pools is not up to standard as it is relatively small in size, only good for children to play, and also they only had a few chairs for swimmers to use. The hotel is far from the main area of the studio city centre, we had walk quite a bit to the main area where all the shops and restaurants are. The entrance is “enclosed” but building besides, so feeling much isolated when entering from the front entrance.

Huge rooms with huge beds. Everything is available upon calling room service. They r generous with their bottled water and will bring cables and pillows when requested. The hotel had a Qube kids club where my kids had a lot of fun. Convenient with free shuttle services. Wish the hotel pillows weren’t so soft, technically no neck support for sleep at all. We enjoyed team labs super nature in the Venetian hotel.
