Guest UserStaying at this hotel was a fantastic experience! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and tidy, with a cozy layout, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The bathroom was well-equipped with a stable hot water supply. The location is also excellent, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. There was a gentleman in the hotel lobby with an exceptional attitude; he helped us call a taxi and even weighed our luggage for us.

Guest UserGolden Dragon offers incredible value for money! It's super convenient for dining, entertainment, and exploring, and it's right by Fisherman's Wharf, which is definitely worth a visit for some photos. The Golden Dragon itself is great, and the staff are very polite and provide attentive service.

This isn't my first time staying at the Rocks Hotel, and every visit confirms why it's one of my favorite hotels in Macau – the service is consistently thoughtful and attentive.
No matter the season, I always enjoy my stays here. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and professional, handling check-ins and inquiries with patience, making you feel right at home.
My absolute favorite is the ocean-front room. The view is truly spectacular, with captivating sea views right outside the window, uplifting my spirits whether it's day or night.
This time, I encountered rain and didn't have an umbrella, but the hotel offered an umbrella rental service for just a 100 MOP deposit, which was incredibly convenient. Plus, the staff were happy to help arrange a taxi, which is a really thoughtful service for travelers.
Overall, my accommodation experience has always been highly satisfying. The service quality is consistently excellent, making it one of my top choices when I visit Macau. I highly recommend it!

Guest UserAttention to detail truly shines here. The service was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous. We got caught in a sudden downpour and arrived soaking wet. Seeing this, the staff immediately arranged for our room to be cleaned and allowed us to check in early – such a kind gesture. The room itself was large, clean, and tidy, complete with UK standard plug adapters, USB ports, and even a check-in reminder, all of which really show how much care the hotel puts into its guests' experience. The location is also fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere, and it's right next to the LRT station for hassle-free travel. Thumbs up, very good!

It was our anniversary and Gary at reception offered us a lte check out since we arrived at the hotel quite late. We were also upgraded together with a free red wine as our gift and we were thrilled and we were further offered 2 complimentary breakfast althought we didn't use att the end. I found out that I didn't take my airpods with me at the time when I checked out and we went to lunch. I came back and then 2 receptionists helped me out and called the room to bring it back down even after checkout, I m so pleased by the services Ascott provided me and to us.
Thank you very much and I will for sure come again.
Btw the room we stayed was really nice spacious and comfortable.

Guest UserStayed in the Deluxe Grand Emperor Quadruple Room at the Grand Emperor Hotel Macau. The room had one king bed, one single bed, and an additional rollaway bed, so everyone had their own space without disturbing each other – the room was perfectly spacious. It was newly renovated in 2025, so the facilities were very new, and the lighting design was comfortable. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, with both a shower and a bathtub, which was very convenient for multiple people. The hotel is located right in the heart of the peninsula, next to the Grand Lisboa, and it's not far to walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. Downstairs, there are plenty of dining and shopping options. The service team was enthusiastic and answered all our questions. Overall, I felt it was excellent value for money. This room type is really suitable for families or a group of friends visiting Macau.

Anonymous UserThe environment is nice, although the room is a bit dated. Especially at night, you can clearly hear the sound of the waves 🌊. The trees 🌲 are very tall, blocking the sea view.
Service: The restaurant hours are from 12:00 to 22:00, with breakfast ending at 10:00. As you can see, the hotel restaurant has high ratings, starting with breakfast. The decor, as shown in the picture, is quite interesting.
Cleanliness: When it rains 🌧, water leaks into the room. Many fixtures are old, especially the very old aluminum alloy door and window partitions. The air conditioning works great, but it's actually very energy-intensive. There are some cleanliness issues to note, with mold spots all over the room.
Plenty of information can be found online.
Facilities: The room is small and irregularly shaped, but it has a balcony facing the sea.

The hotel is very close to the airport, about a 40-something taxi ride away. It's also super close to Cunha Street; you can just walk there, through Olympic Park. There are tons of restaurants on Travessa da Assunção next to Cunha Street, and they're much more affordable than the ones near the entertainment complex. We ended up having all three of our main meals there over two days. The hotel stay was pleasant, though the complimentary bottled water was quite small. Breakfast wasn't great; the coffee was instant, and there weren't many options, so it's better to eat out. Picture three shows the high-rise apartments near the hotel – walk past them for about ten minutes and you're at Cunha Street, which is incredibly convenient.

The room service was excellent, incredibly friendly and professional, far exceeding expectations. The 30+ strong delegation from the University of Brazil was extremely satisfied and said they would return here on future visits to Macau and recommend it to others. Every visit to Macau has been a 100% positive experience. Many thanks to the hotel team for their thoughtful and professional service. Especially the power outlets, which can accommodate various needs, are a big plus and very international.

PulishendinachuangwuerThis hotel offers great value for money. It's very close to Galaxy Macau, just across the road. The view from the window is also lovely. Getting a taxi right outside the hotel is super quick, and the metro is also nearby. For food, there's a good restaurant called Macao Restaurant just a few hundred meters away; their pork chop bun is especially delicious and it's very affordable. From the restaurant, Taipa Village (Rua do Cunha) is also very close, perfect for a stroll.
