"I stayed here to watch the World Cup at Galaxy Macau, and it was super convenient. It's about a 10-minute walk to the venue, and right downstairs there's a food street with all sorts of options. The environment and everything else were great. I stayed for two nights, and both floors were very quiet; I wasn't disturbed at all. No complaints, aside from the premium price, haha!"

"The Londoner Macao is excellent in every aspect – facilities, location, and service. It's also very convenient to get around, offering fantastic value for money.
My only complaints are that the pillows aren't comfortable and the shower enclosure isn't sealed well enough, so water leaks out, leaving the floor quite wet after showering. These two issues are consistent every time."
Awarded two MICHELIN Keys, Grand Lisboa Palace Macau offers a stunning tribute to Macau's rich cultural heritage and vibrant traditions, paired with Forbes Travel Guide elegance and sumptuous comfort. From its modern, Chinoiserie-inspired interiors to bespoke art pieces created by famous local artists, the hotel tower showcases the exotic grandeur of East-meets-West, presented in elegant and exquisite detail. The spacious rooms and suites range from 60 to 300 square metres, with luxurious in-room amenities and attentive service that elevate the Lisboa standard to a new level of excellence.
"This was our second night, and the room had a beautiful view of the surroundings, offering a clear sight of Macau Airport and the LRT station. The breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and varied. If you book a room and choose the option that includes two breakfasts, it's really good value for money and highly recommended. However, if you stay for more than one night, the in-room beverages won't be as plentiful as on the first day; only bottled water will be replenished. This is something that could be improved."

GGuest UserStaying in Morpheus has been a gorgeous experience for both my friend and me.
Both its architecture and service are top-notch!
We arrived at 12 noon aiming to simply drop.off the luggage to wait for checking into.the room at 3 pm.
The receptionist kindly advised us that the room will be available at around 1:30 pm. Then, he personally took us to the room and patiently explained to us all the advanced operating tech in it.
The ambience and the facilities in the room are unforgettable!
This is one of the best value for money hotel-stay I have come across so far!
Thank you for booking this nice hotel for us and look forward to my next visit there!

GGuest UserExtremely satisfied! The hotel environment is comfortable and very clean. The staff are well-trained, warm, and attentive. A special shout-out to Tel at the front desk who helped me with my luggage to my room. Knowing I like to drink tea and Coke, they immediately had a staff member bring me drinking water and Coke. A five-star hotel with first-class service!
XXiangleThey arranged an early check-in for us, and the extra bed was set up beforehand, but the placement of the extra bed could be better. Hotel rooms in Macau are generally spacious, so three people didn't feel cramped at all. When we checked in, the front desk offered a no-deposit option, but it came with the condition that the room's mini-fridge would be locked. While technically not wrong, it felt a bit odd to hear. Also, the front desk didn't mention any of the perks included in our package deal from the platform; they didn't inform us about any benefits we could use. It felt like the hotel wasn't keen on guests booking with package deals. Finally, I'd suggest the hotel assign room attendants based on guests' nationality. My elderly parent was alone in the room and couldn't find anyone who spoke Chinese.
GGuest UserFantastic experience! The L'Occitane toiletries were a lovely touch and great value for money. The room service staff were also very friendly, and the front desk actively helped with luggage. The only minor downside was that the hotel facilities were a bit old, especially the hairdryer which was very, very dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There was also a lot of limescale in the corners around the bathroom.
JJulia GrebenevaExcellent hotel located in the green part of Coloane Island. It's a very peaceful area with sea views from the window. Quiet, with the sounds of the jungle. I love walking on forest trails, and near the hotel, there's plenty of space – huge parks with well-maintained paths for hill walks. You could probably explore different trails for a week. I really enjoyed it. In the center of the park, there's a massive A-Ma sculpture and a Buddhist temple.
The hotel doesn't have its own beach access, but it does have swimming pools. There's a public beach nearby, so it's not an issue.
I was very pleased with the bedding in the room – the mattress was perfectly soft, and the blanket was well-chosen, making it ideal for sleeping with the air conditioning on, neither too hot nor too cold.
The hotel isn't new; it seems to have been built in 1993, and there's a certain charm to its slightly older feel. Some of the old furniture and wooden doors remained in the room, which I found beautiful.
The breakfasts were superb – delicious and varied. I wasn't impressed with the lunch and dinner menu at the ground-floor cafe; it was expensive and uninspired. The Japanese cafe upstairs was decent. There's a street cafe near the hotel, towards the beach, which seemed good, but I didn't eat there.
I'm very satisfied with my stay; it's a beautiful, green part of the island. A pleasant hotel that I recommend.
GGuest UserThe hotel doesn't offer a shuttle service. From Macau Airport, you can first take the Venetian Hotel's shuttle. Get off at the Venetian, then walk across the street (about 1 minute) to transfer to the Sands Macao shuttle. After getting off at Sands Macao Hotel, it's a 2-minute walk to Harbourview Hotel. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with good water pressure. However, there was a musty smell when I first entered the room, but it dissipated once the air conditioning was turned on. The sea view was mediocre. The staff were friendly. Guests can purchase breakfast/lunch/dinner at a discounted price, which is slightly cheaper than booking through online platforms.
JJoanaVAppreciate the cleanliness and newness of the hotel. Especially the TV has youtube and can share screen so satisfying.
The HSKP attendants and room service server are very kind.
Though the front desk they need to be more effective with their service cause they didn't introduce the wifi and inform about the pool renovation.
Jjwmisc## Location:
Absolutely a fantastic 5-star location! The hotel is directly opposite Sands, and Fisherman's Wharf is right next to Sands. March is the off-peak season in Macau, so there's no direct bus from Hengqin Port to Sands. You need to transfer at The Venetian, but it's still quite convenient. From Sands to the hotel, you have to cross a pedestrian bridge, but there's a 24-hour elevator. Once you exit the elevator, it's not a long walk in either direction, which is very helpful for travelers with luggage.
## Surroundings:
To the right of the hotel, there's a small alley that leads directly to Macao Polytechnic University, less than 100 meters away, making it super convenient for students taking exams there. A 5-minute walk to the left will take you to the Lotus Square, and you can also see the Golden Lotus from the pathway behind the hotel. If you head right out of the hotel and walk straight down the main road for 15-20 minutes, you can reach the Grand Lisboa and Macau Tower. There are plenty of dining options nearby, probably due to its proximity to the university, with choices for all budgets.
## Facilities:
The hotel reception is on the second floor. The interior facilities are complete, and the bedding and amenities are good. The room also has a refrigerator. The room isn't huge but doesn't feel cramped.
## Hygiene:
The room was cleaned very well and felt comfortable. However, the windows are sealed, so upon first entering, there was a slight musty smell due to lack of ventilation. Thankfully, it dissipated after turning on the air conditioning and ventilation system.
## Environment:
The hallway soundproofing isn't great; you can hear people walking and talking outside the room. Traffic noise from the street outside also comes through at night. However, this seems to be a common issue with hotels and can't be avoided.
## Service:
The front desk staff are busy but very responsible, and they can switch between Mandarin and Cantonese freely for guests. A deposit is required for check-in, and Alipay is accepted.
XXuezhaoheThe hotel is conveniently located near the Border Gate, making it easy to take the free shuttle to various casinos. The hotel's environment, hygiene, facilities, and service attitude are all quite good, and there's a wide variety of breakfast options. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I return to Macau.
GGuest UserThe hygiene is good, and the sea-view breakfast environment is pleasant. It's convenient to get there by taking the Galaxy Shuttle and crossing the skybridge after getting off. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to The Venetian, but it only runs a few times a day. The facilities are a bit old, especially the hairdryer. A deposit of 500 MOP is required, payable only by Alipay or cash, WeChat is not accepted. The service is decent; I didn't have a power adapter for charging, and they sent one up immediately.
