The grilled meats are known for being crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Their unusual "Umewari" (plum syrup) is their signature drink. Sometimes referred to as the northernmost plum syrup in Honshu, it has become a signature dish at local bars. The drink menu also includes other options, such as the sake "Takashimizu."
