This is a specialty of the Jumonji district of Yokote City, and is a dish that will make you want to say, "This is the real Chinese noodle!" It is characterized by curly noodles that do not use kansui and a very light Japanese-style soup based on soy sauce 💡 It originated from "Marutama," but out of the several popular stores, I visited "Meidai Sankaku Sobaya Jumonji Main Store." If you enter before 11:30 on Saturday, there is still plenty of time, but by the time you leave, the store is packed with customers, and most of them are local people, which is proof that it is loved by many people 😊 By the way, the Jumonji district is quite far from Yokote city center, but there is also a Yokote store ◎ This Chinese noodle is not a type that packs a punch, so people will either love it or hate it 🤔 Personally, I like the light taste and the curly noodles that are easy to slurp!
