Beautiful shrine

I took the 8:10 Iwashimizu Hachimangu Shrine Approach Cable Car to visit Iwashimizu Hachimangu Shrine. The seats at the very front and very back were heated and warm. It takes about 30 minutes to walk there. After getting off the cable car, there is a short walk to the main shrine, but the air is clear and it feels good. Since it was early in the morning, there were hardly any visitors and I was able to worship in a solemn atmosphere. The shrine building, which is also designated as a national treasure, is very beautiful. The Minami-somon Gate opens at 6:00, but the gift shop and prayers open at 9:00. There is also an observation deck where you can get a panoramic view of Kyoto's cityscape, which was amazing! #DomesticTravelStrategy
