As a lover of ancient towns and cities, I recently visited the Bell and Drum Tower and Yunnan Post in Xiangyun County, and was deeply attracted by the lively atmosphere of the Bell and Drum Tower and the historical sense of Yunnan Post! 🍠Bell and Drum Tower The Bell and Drum Tower was built in the 19th year of the Hongwu era of the Ming Dynasty (1386), with the lower level connecting the streets in all four directions. Above each of the four stone archways, there is a rectangular horizontal stone plaque, with the east reading 'Hui Lian Dong Pi', the west 'Rui Qi Xi Yuan', the south 'Cai Huan Nan Yun', and the north 'En Cheng Bei Que'. The entire Bell and Drum Tower is exquisitely heavy and colorful, echoing the East City Gate from afar.
