The Road to the City

Exploring the Spanish Central Plateau ~ Teruel (Region) The Church of San Martín has existed since as early as 1196, but the current structure dates back to the 17th century. It features three naves, a cloister, a pointed barrel vault with small windows at the center, and ribbed vaults in the side aisles. The oldest part of the church is the Gothic-Mudejar tower facade, built in 1315. This square structure is made of brick and adorned with ceramic tiles. At its base, there is a pointed arch that leads to the street.
