Strolling Through Art and History

Exploring the Spanish Central Plateau ~ Teruel (Region) This site houses precious artifacts collected from various parts of the province. The Teruel Museum is located in Casa de la Comunidad, a Renaissance building from the 16th century situated in the heart of the historic district, just a stone's throw from the cathedral. The museum is divided into several sections: Archaeology, featuring items from prehistoric times to the Christian kingdoms, as well as artifacts from Iberian, Roman, Visigoth, and Arab cultures; and Ethnography, showcasing utensils, clothing, ceramics, and traditional handicrafts.
