Yes read it right, a fine art museum for less than $1! In a world where everything is getting more and more expensive by the day this is something that really surprised me, the price has stayed the same for years and the gallery is still as amazing as ever. There are fixed galleries in the lower levels and rotating exhibits depending on the time of year. The galleries are well laid out and spacious with good WiFi; air conditioning and toilets. It’s also very familiar friendly with lockers and luggage storage at the front, a separate children’s art area and outdoor exhibits for the kids to explore. The building itself is also beautiful and very Bauhaus in style - the floor to ceiling windows around the sunken garden is a big hit for me.
