Opposite them is NineFresh and Auntie Anne's ! PappaRich, a HALAL certified chain originating from Malaysia, has around 100 outlets worldwide and they pride themselves in offering delicious and authentic staple Malaysian cuisine in Singapore. For our visit here, we ordered their : - Nasi Lemak with Beef Rendang + Sambal Prawns The rendang was ok but too watery. Fortunately the sambal prawns were tender and yummy. Crispy ikan bilis and peanuts too. - Penang Char Kway Teow Quick a decent portion with succulent prawns - Beef Satay Pricey for 6 sticks and the meat on the skewer pathetic, so I don't recommend it. Overall a very hearty meal but a bit pricey for two. However the redeeming grace is their cozy ambience which is great for a chit chat gathering with friends, or a family get together !
