Opened in August 2024, this stylish and casual spot features mainly counter seating, with only two table seats available. The place is bustling with customers, primarily in their 30s. The dishes are not only delicious but also visually appealing. Interestingly, the wine menu isn't printed but written on a sign above the counter. A glass of wine typically costs around 1,000 yen. My top recommendation is the octopus and mushroom carpaccio. At first glance, it looks like a mushroom salad, but there's a layer of octopus underneath. The dish is a bit on the salty side, making it perfect for those who enjoy drinking, and I found myself wanting another plate. The clam and seaweed lemon cream pasta was also delightful! It was packed with clams, and the flat noodles were a pleasant surprise! The dashi tomato and burrata cheese dish might sound unusual, but it's a refreshing fusion of Japanese and Western flavors, with sweet tomatoes and creamy burrata cheese. Additionally, the simple Jamón Serrano was delicious, making this place perfect for enjoying various dishes with wine.
