Gindaco Highball Tavern on Dogenzaka

A two-story Gindaco Highball tavern located on Dogenzaka. I wonder when it was established? The first floor has a few table seats and counter seats. The restroom is on the second floor. I was happy to find that there were chairs, even though I thought it would be standing only.
