Since it's directly connected to Tokyo Station, it's a recommended restaurant for those coming to Tokyo by Shinkansen or returning to Tokyo. The tender steamed octopus and the monkfish liver purée underneath are a perfect match! ◼️ Moistly Cooked Chicken Breast with Cep and Mushroom Coulis, Light Tart Style Although it's summer, this dish has an autumn feel.
