|📍Andaz Shenzhen Bay 🌟 Hotel breakfast/happy hour . Breakfast is served on the 6th floor. It's semi-buffet style. You can help yourself or order from the menu. The eggs benedict is pretty good. The pancakes are a bit hard. The fruit is very fresh. I went at around 8am on the first day and there weren't many people. There were more people at 9am on the second day, but it still felt quite relaxed and not too crowded. 🌟 Service details . The service is friendly and welcoming. When you check in, a staff member will help you take your luggage to your room and thoughtfully put your suitcase in the cloakroom. This is much better than just leaving it at the door. . Before I checked in, the front desk reminded me several times that there was construction work nearby and it might be a bit noisy. But the soundproofing was actually quite good. I stayed on the 21st floor and I couldn't hear any noise from downstairs. . On the second day of my stay, the hotel was cleaning the exterior windows. They left several ropes hanging down. That night, Typhoon Chanthu came and the ropes kept hitting the exterior of the building. It was so noisy I couldn't sleep. I called the guest service center and they resolved the issue within 10 minutes. They were very efficient. . The hotel staff are all very professional. Whether it's the front desk, the lounge bar, the restaurant, or the gym and pool staff, they're all very patient and friendly. They're happy to answer any questions and introduce the hotel's facilities. Even the housekeeping staff are very enthusiastic. I said I really liked the toiletry bag and they gave me two more. Overall, I was very impressed. 📝Overall, I had a good experience. It was very relaxing. In a busy city, you really need a space to recharge and refresh your mind. Even if I don't stay at the hotel next time, I can go for afternoon tea on the first floor or have a meal on the sixth floor. It's worth it.
