Shenzhen Bay Andaz I have to say, the hotel's design really won my heart. The lighting design is soft and subtle, and the overall design style of the hotel integrates several elements of French and modern styles. Tony Chi's design here is truly perfect. In addition, although there are online complaints about the service needing improvement, overall, I still think it is the best among the five Andaz hotels in China. Due to airport reasons, I arrived at the hotel early before check-in, and the hotel allowed me to check in early at 7:00 based on room availability, which was very considerate and accommodating to guests' needs. There is also a dedicated person to handle check-in and escort you to your room, and they are very good-looking. Overall, the hotel's service is still very good! Finally, I recommend the Napoleon at Mayflower, I think it's quite delicious. I personally don't like desserts, but I still found it quite tasty. Tony Chi is indeed amazing! Even though the room is not that big, the use of many mirror designs makes the space feel ample! The fusion of Nanyang style and Chinese aesthetics makes the whole hotel feel like a perfect getaway, creating a secluded place in the bustling business district. The view outside the window includes the sea and the green space of Shenzhen Talent Park, which is as good as any hotel in Shenzhen Bay. The breakfast is super awesome, both the a la carte and buffet options are great! Not only is the food delicious, but the service is also excellent. The head chef stands at the entrance of the restaurant to welcome guests, and the service staff pay great attention to detail and are well-trained. The restaurant is very beautiful, and breakfast is a delightful experience. Even the snacks during happy hour 🍷 are quite good, which shows that the hotel's dining is definitely up to standard! Every afternoon, there are super cute dogs 🐶 that come out to greet guests. Don't forget to check out the gym, it's very beautiful. The mini bar is also free, and you can take home the hotel's custom toiletries. There are so many advantages that I can't list them all...💬 Overall, I am super satisfied with this hotel, and I really can't find any faults.
