I stayed in an executive room on a high floor, which offered a stunning view of the Yangtze River and Huangpu River's Outer Harbor. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable. The electric curtains and large bathtub were a pleasant touch. While the sofa chairs were a bit dated, the overall hardware was in good condition. Service and Dining: The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and provided detailed answers. Most thoughtfully, they offered a hot breakfast as early as 5:30 AM, which was very helpful for travelers with early flights. The Executive Lounge's Happy Hour menu was excellent. There is also a swimming pool, a fitness center, and vending machines on the ground floor. Location and Cons: Located in the Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, the hotel is quite remote from downtown Shanghai, with limited dining options and only two subway lines. The breakfast menu was a bit lacking, a minor drawback. Also, while there are plenty of elevators, they are controlled, so you'll need to be patient during peak hours. Overall, the CP value is quite high.
