The former site where the First Party Group of Quannan County, Jiangxi was established.

The former site of the first party group of Quannan County is located in Yongxinwei of Dazengwu, Laowu Village, Shejin Township. This enclosed house was built in the mid-Qing Dynasty. It faces south and has a brick and wood structure. The plane is "square", with front and rear facing each other. Each corner has a blockhouse, which is a common Hakka enclosed house in southern Jiangxi. The total depth of the old site is about 28 meters, the width is about 24 meters, and the total area is more than 700 square meters. In August 1928, Zeng Zhaoxiu, secretary of the Nanxiong County Committee of the Communist Party of China, Zeng Zhaoci (also known as Zeng Biyi), county committee members, Zeng Zhaosi, Zeng Jiyang, Zeng Haizai, Zeng Heigu and other seven people came to Nanxiong after the peasant uprising was defeated. The neighboring community of Tsang Uk Village is hidden, and the family name is used as a cover to promote the Communist Party's ideas in this area, calling on the masses to unite to fight against local tyrants and divide their fields. Half a year later, a group of activists including Zeng Zusheng, Zeng Jingsheng, and private school teacher Zeng Shenghua secretly joined the Communist Party of China. In August 1929, Tsang Siu-hsiu established the first Tsang Uk Village Party Group of the CCP organization in South China in Yongxinwei, with Tsang Zusheng as the leader of the party group. The party group is under the leadership of the Nanxiong County Committee of the Communist Party of China. After the establishment of the Osoya Party Group, it held many secret meetings and actively carried out revolutionary activities. After liberation, Yongxinwei was used for grain depots, district governments, offices, schools and other places. The old site is an important part of the Ruijin Revolution Site Group. In 1991, the Quannan County Party Committee and County Government erected a monument as "Revolutionary Site: Yongxinwei"; in November 2016, it was announced as the third batch of Quannan County cultural relics protection units; in March 2018, it was included in the sixth batch of Jiangxi Province cultural relics protection units unit. The establishment of the Dazengwu Village Party Group opened a new chapter in the revolutionary struggle in Quannan, which is of extremely important significance to the study of the revolutionary history of Quannan County. The old site is also an enclosed house building with the characteristics of southern Jiangxi folk houses. It has high historical and cultural value and is called the "Red House".
