Qilucun Jiangxi Soviet Government Site in Ningdu, Jiangxi Province.

The site of the Jiangxi Soviet Government in Qilucun is the ancestral hall of Lai Cuiting, which is located to the south of Xiaotang and surrounded by residential houses on the east, west, and north sides. From January 1933 to October 1934, the Jiangxi Soviet Government was stationed here, with Zeng Shan serving as the chairman. From December 21 to 29, 1933, the Jiangxi Soviet Government held the second congress of workers, peasants, and soldiers in Qilucun, Boseng County, to complete the combat tasks proposed by the provincial party congress and enable the people and Soviet governments at all levels in the Jiangxi Soviet Area to take more initiative in the unprecedented fifth counter-campaign against the encirclement and suppression. The congress was attended by 357 official representatives and 20 invited representatives from the White Area. Zeng Shan delivered a work report at the congress, which elected a new executive committee of the Jiangxi Soviet Government consisting of 65 members, including Liu Qiyao, and a workers' and peasants' inspection committee consisting of Cai Chang and others. The new executive committee elected Liu Qiyao as the chairman of the Jiangxi Soviet Government, Zeng Shan and Xu Dazhi as vice chairmen, Cai Chang as the chairman of the workers' and peasants' inspection committee, and Zhong Xichang as the vice chairman. The site is a cultural relic protection unit of Jiangxi Province.
