My Birthday Trip to Yangon

On 13th August, coinciding with my birthday, I journeyed from Kuala Lumpur to Yangon for the first time. I chose to stay at the ParkRoyal Hotel Yangon, where the hotel team greeted me with unexpected warmth and unforgettable hospitality. During check-in, the management surprised me with a birthday cake, accompanied by guitar music and warm wishes from the front desk staff. Upon entering my room, I was deeply touched by welcome messages from the Front Office Manager and a birthday cake, with a personal note on the table. It truly made my day feel special. Throughout my time there, I encountered exceptional service. The hotel was very clean and meticulously kept, and my room was cozy and well-equipped. The staff were consistently attentive and eager to help. At one point, I dealt with some noise disturbance from another room at night, and when I contacted the Duty Manager, the issue was swiftly resolved. To my surprise, I received a plate of fresh fruits with an apology note. My sincere gratitude goes to Mr. Gary, the General Manager, and the entire ParkRoyal Yangon team for their superb hospitality. This was genuinely a memorable visit, and I eagerly anticipate returning in the future.
