Maha Wizaya Pagoda

What a lovely, impressive, monumental pagoda! It is overlooked because of its proximity to the Shwe Dagon Pagoda. The pagoda is very tall, golden, shiny, elegant, and unique in style! The pagoda has magnificent door entrances, and it is one of the very few pagodas that you can visit inside. The interior is interesting, a little bit childish. The wooden work and the exhibits are interesting. There is no entrance fee. There was only a backpacker and a few locals; in reality, there were fewer than 10 people. The soil is very clean. The pagoda is quiet. We saw it at sunset, and it is stunning. It is at the opposite site of the southern entrance of Shwe Dagon. What a very good surprise! #travel#thingstodo#familytravel
