Kunming Xishan Free Hiking Trail

The observation deck near Maomaoqing in Kunming's Xishan is located at one of the highest points next to Dianchi Lake, making it a popular spot for many travelers. Currently, a barrier has been set up at the fork in the road in front of the Hani Renjia Guesthouse, so you can no longer ride a motorcycle up to the observation deck. You must walk up the cement mountain path. There is a parking lot next to the fork, and the motorcycle parking fee was 5 yuan. Although no one was seen entering with a bicycle, this place is still highly recommended. The vast scenery of Dianchi Lake under the sunlight after the rain around 6-7 PM is still spectacular.
