The gym and swimming pool are on the 7th floor of the Sheraton guest rooms, no room card needed. The gym is of a decent size with common fitness equipment, but we didn't go, so it's hard to comment. We saw some people working out in the morning. The pool is divided into three sections: a children's pool with slightly warmer water, about 40cm deep, where you can't swim; and two standard pools, one 1.5m deep and the other 60cm deep. The changing room provides slippers and clean towels, but there is no family changing room. You can buy swimming equipment and clothes at the gym's front desk, which is quite convenient. There is a separate viewing passage outside the pool and gym, so you can check on your child anytime if they go in alone. 3. The 3rd floor of the Delta guest rooms is a study room, offering free light meals and drinks during the day, such as fried rice, meat, burgers, fruits, drinks, and coffee. There are many books, and the environment is quite comfortable. You can come over for afternoon tea. 4. The room lights are infrared-sensing, and there is a small screen device, but it is not very smart, and voice control is not very effective. It can play audiobooks for children. The room has a refrigerator. 5. There are taxis waiting 24 hours at the entrance, but it is recommended to use a ride-hailing app as the taxi fare at the entrance is almost double. Points for improvement: 1. The room facilities are average, similar to budget hotels like All Seasons, and the disposable items provided feel slightly inferior. 2. There is no self-service laundry room, and laundry service is charged per item and completed after 6 pm the next day. 3. No food delivery service is provided, and the delivery locker is on the 1st floor, so you need to pick it up yourself. This is quite different from hotels in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, where delivery robots are common. Overall, the child liked it and the food was good.
