This dessert shop, famous for its melt-in-your-mouth crepes, is a must-try for everyone

Japan’s popular crepes have landed in Taikoo Shing Must-eat: torched caramel custard with fresh cream and strawberry banana chocolate flavor I love eating Japanese-style crepes and knew that a branch had opened in Hong Kong, so I went to try it immediately. Arrived around 7:30 PM, and there was already quite a queue. The menu has over 30 kinds of crepes, both savory and sweet. I originally planned to try the most popular one, the torched caramel custard with fresh cream, but unfortunately, it was sold out and temporarily unavailable that day. So I tried the strawberry banana chocolate custard with fresh cream instead. Wow, the crepe texture was fluffy and melted in my mouth. The cream was light and smooth, with rich custard sauce, paired with fresh cream and chocolate sauce, creating an excellent taste. One bite filled me with happiness. It turns out the crepe batter includes almond powder and is cooked very thinly. It’s really soft and tender in the mouth. The fresh cream melts instantly and isn’t too sweet. The bouquet-like presentation is perfect for photos.
