Victoria Harbour 270-Degree Sea View Restaurant in Hong Kong

While shopping at Harbour City, I casually picked a restaurant called Paper Moon. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, and of course, I chose outdoor. Looking out at the unbeatable sea view, my mood for dining instantly improved. Lobster with caviar and mango salsa—sweet and sour, very appetizing. Lobster bisque—rich and full of real ingredients. Lobster fennel risotto was average, but the lobster paired with pan-seared scallops and salmon roe was delicious. The restaurant currently offers a set menu with the second person at half price. For an additional $128, you can enjoy unlimited drinks for 1.5 hours. Delicious food 🍽️
