Huaj Hai Bakery Cafe Hong Kong

This bakery and cafe opened late last year. 💐🏠 It's located in the basement of an old apartment building in the alley across from Taipei Arena. 🏢 It's actually a sister store to the popular Baker's House. 👯♀️ Enter the cafe through the Japanese-style garden outside. 🚶🏻 It's a spacious, comfortable, L-shaped space with a concrete, industrial feel. 😌 The bar area features silver stainless steel accents that complement the walls. 🪨 You'll find the dining area after passing the bread counter. 👀 We arrived too early, so the long table in the front was originally filled with bread, but it wasn't baked yet. 🔥 Since we couldn't order a la carte, we opted for the soup bread plate to try out their various breads. 🥯🍞🥖 Each bread was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. 😬 It was also served with roasted vegetables, fruit, and a large cup of pumpkin soup, which was very satisfying. 🥣😉 #hkonbudget#food
