Back in Liuzhangli after several months for another round of café hopping 🚶🏻 — a quiet yet lively neighborhood away from the bustle of Xinyi District 🏘️. There’s always something new to discover 👀. Opened late last year, Bloom is a café-by-day, wine bar-by-night spot 🏠. Its deep blue, linear façade extends inside with matching bar counters and sofa seating 💙. The dining area is split into two sections and seats about 20 people, creating an elegant atmosphere 🪑. The owner is warm, friendly, and easy to chat with 👩🏻 — we even exchanged tips about local eats 💬. Their signature hanger steak platter features perfectly seared, pink-centered beef with a rich flavor 🥩🍽️. Instead of typical hash browns, they serve shredded potato fries, cut into strips and fried for a unique texture 🥔.
