Poseidon Seafood Feast Dinner Buffet🦞🍽🥳 . . Had some free time last weekend and discovered a buffet inside a hotel in Tsuen Wan🍽. This time's theme is the "Poseidon Seafood Feast Dinner Buffet," featuring lobster and seafood. From 6pm to 9:30pm, the price is $588 per adult. Unexpectedly, there was a delightful surprise❤️! The restaurant environment is comfortable and quiet. Even for two people, they arrange seating in a booth, giving a sense of space and comfort, and the overall feeling is clean and tidy. One of the stars is the Boston lobster🦞. Every time you order👨🏻🍳, the chef cooks it fresh on the spot and someone personally delivers it to your table—keeping it fresh and piping hot. It’s cooked with butter, cream, and white wine sauce, with sweet and tender meat, and you can order unlimited servings! Other hot seafood dishes include: Typhoon Shelter-style mantis shrimp, black pepper mud crab, stir-fried clams, steamed grouper, stir-fried grouper balls with bell peppers, and lotus leaf rice with prawns! Equally outstanding😍. For cold dishes, of course, there’s sashimi & chilled seafood: freshly shucked oysters🦪, bread crab🦀, large prawns🦐, jade conch🐚, mussels, and more. There’s also whole grain-fed ribeye steak & lamb rack, surprisingly impressive in meat quality😳. Recommended soups include: Cordyceps flower fish maw black-bone chicken herbal soup, and Sea Dragon King soup (lobster cream soup🧡), both rich and nourishing. The fish maw is thick and chewy, and I’m very satisfied with this quality! Finally, the dessert area offers cakes and Haagen-Dazs ice cream, plus a self-serve station where you can make your own waffles & enjoy a chocolate fountain🍫. The hotel also has an outdoor lawn area, which looks even more beautiful with night lighting—definitely worth taking photos!
