The Indian food station is run by Indian chefs, serving Indian flatbreads, roasted chicken, soups, and more, with layers of spices and heat for authentic Indian flavors—highly recommended! For drinks, there’s refreshing mint water and sweet peach black tea; plus nourishing slow-cooked soups. The desserts here are also my favorite, including silky tofu pudding, made-to-order waffles, Black Forest cake, mango cheesecake, chestnut cake, lemon tea cake, strawberry Napoleon, mango sticky rice, various cup desserts and fruit cubes, and six flavors of Häagen-Dazs ice cream; I especially love the tiramisu, with just the right coffee liqueur flavor and a smooth texture. Each guest receives a complimentary cup of coffee or tea. After a full meal, a cup of lemon tea is perfect to aid digestion!
