Whether it’s the soft morning light or the dazzling night view, it takes your breath away. This immersive experience of sea and sky is unmatched by any city hotel surrounded by skyscrapers. I especially love the hotel’s outdoor pool and lounge. Sipping a drink by the pool at dusk, with the gentle sea breeze and the whisper of passing boats, is a luxurious tranquility. In addition, Hyatt’s dining options are not to be overlooked. Whether it’s the exquisite dim sum at the Chinese restaurant or the international cuisine at the seaview restaurant, the flavors are unforgettable. This is my favorite harbor corner in Hong Kong.
