Heartfelt Ramen

Isshoukenmen (Kowloon Bay Branch) Address - Shop 121, G/F, Tak Po Shopping Mall, 3 Ngau Tau Kok Road, Kowloon Bay Japanese ramen is very famous, and the owner is very dedicated to making noodles, showing great love and care especially for students and children! Located inside a small mall, the shop has limited seating, so I’ve passed by several times without a chance to support them. Today, I came down a bit early and saw there was a seat available. I tried the white pork bone broth ramen; the noodles have a better elastic texture, which I like! The toppings include Japanese-style char siu, and the egg is delicious and a must-add. The salt-flavored chicken broth ramen is a limited-time offer. I tried it and can say don’t miss it, with slow-cooked char siu, egg, and bamboo shoots—lots of bamboo shoots, haha. For snacks, takoyaki, one bite per piece, very satisfying.
