The taste and texture are more like Italian Beef Lasagna. The meaty flavor is stronger, and the eggplant flavor is relatively less sweet 🔸Homemade Scialatielli Italian Sausage, Black Pepper, Pecorino Cheese $158 The noodles are like udon, but the taste is relatively light.
