The restaurant is famous for its high-quality ingredients directly from Japan and South Korea, especially their 1++ Korean beef, Jeju Kurobuta pork and Iwate A4 Wagyu beef. We ordered a few signature dishes: Korean beef eye, pork plum meat with fruit soy sauce, wagyu beef tongue and beef ribs. Each portion of meat is marinated using traditional methods and appropriately paired with fresh Korean pear puree, making the meat soft and full of fruity aroma. The Korean beef eye is especially tender, with evenly distributed fat, and it emits an enticing aroma when lightly roasted. We also ordered the seafood scallion pancake and the upgraded all-you-can-eat starter. The seafood pancake is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, making you want to eat it again and again. The potato salad in the all-you-can-eat appetizer menu really surprised me, with its refreshing taste and slightly sour sauce combined perfectly. Not only does Zaomu Charcoal House pursue excellence in food ingredients, but its staff also have a good service attitude and will help customers grill meat.
