#hongkongguide The noodles were really good (fun to try the various ingredients... lots of reason to come back and try other variations). The baked pork chop rice was alright. Texturally it was good, crispy bits of rice on the bottom, and the fried egg was interesting, but something was odd about the taste of the sauce. Maybe too much butter? Egg waffle dish was stunning in presentation and full of nostalgia. Loved how the waffle absorbed flavors from the condensed milk/soft serve. Think the soft serve itself could have been a little creamier but otherwise no complaints about this dish, it was very fun to eat.
