I ordered the Spanish Seafood Paella(shrimp, clams, mussels, squid, fish fillet, chorizo, and smoked chicken). The rice absorbed all the seafood flavors. Elderflower Apple Tea—apple cinnamon tea, apple juice, elderflower syrup, and soda water. This drink was perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and I really enjoyed this festive beverage.
