Han Tai Station, as the name suggests, specializes in Korean and Taiwanese cuisine at reasonable prices. This time, I tried the Korean-style grilled pork belly. The pork belly had a slightly greenish tint, which was not very appealing, but the taste was normal. The fatty parts were adequately fatty, and the lean parts were not too tough. The set meal came with white rice and a few pieces of lettuce to wrap the pork belly and garlic, with some Korean chili paste, which added a unique flavor. The Taiwanese half-tendon and half-brisket noodles were only 55 dollars at noon, served in a large bowl with a hot drink, making it a great deal. The broth was rich and mellow, the brisket was tender, and the tendon was soft, making it worth the price. The cordyceps flower and wood ear chicken soup rice was very nourishing and left me feeling warm after eating.
