With the year-end approaching, there are more gatherings. This time, I met with friends at CARVER in Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay for a Weekend Set Lunch. The semi-buffet includes soup, salad, cold dishes, desserts, and each person gets a main course! The oysters are large and deliciously flavorful. ❣️Salad Bar The buffet area is divided into several sections. The salad bar includes carrot Nuremberg sausage salad, tuna penne salad, crab stick soba salad, Thai beef salad, tomato buffalo mozzarella salad, Thai chicken feet, shrimp fruit salad cups, and super salad cups. There are many varieties, and they all look exquisite and attractive! ❣️Soup of the Day The mushroom soup is smooth and rich, with chunks of mushrooms, very fragrant and tasty. ❣️Russian Striploin-Prime (220g) The steak from Russia is perfectly cooked, with a slightly charred exterior and attractive marbling. The meat is tender and pink inside, served with French onion potatoes and garden vegetables, savory and delicious. ❣️Confit de Canard The duck leg confit here is worth trying. The meat is tender and flavorful, with a slightly crispy skin when eaten hot. It is served with sautéed mushrooms and taro puree, which complement the duck well. ❣️Desserts There are many exquisite desserts, and I recommend trying each one for a surprise!
