I found out that they have a new menu, so I came back to eat there again. This time I ordered an appetizer, two plates of pasta and a dessert. Burrata Cheese has a semi-soft outer layer and a dense texture. When you cut it, very smooth cheese will flow out, full of milk flavor and rich aroma. Every cherry tomato is so sweet. Balsamic vinegar has a moderate sweet and sour taste. Pappardelle noodles are wide and thick, chewy and juicy, so they go perfectly with the rich meat sauce. The meat sauce is not dry, but juicy and smooth, with a rich flavor and a hint of black pepper. Malloreddus Melanzana with potato 🥔 has a chewy texture. This pasta dish is vegetarian. Every grain of spaghetti is full of tomato sauce 🥫 and eggplant 🍆 flavor. Adding Burrata Cheese makes the whole thing more creamy. Basque Cheesecake is moist enough. It is not as solid as New York cheesecake, nor as soft as Japanese cheesecake. The texture is somewhere in between the two, a bit dense and soft.
