The char siu has burnt edges and is particularly crispy. The meat is tender and not too fat. It's delicious. Finally, of course, make a filling rice! This stir-fried Yuen Yuen Rice with Sakura Shrimp Sauce and Lap-Med River Prawns is very special. It is cooked with white rice and glutinous rice. No wonder the texture is so cute. In addition to the pork belly, the fried rice also contains a lot of crispy and bouncy river prawns. It tastes very crispy. I don't know if there is glutinous rice. The whole body is warm and delicious. This pastry floating cake is my wife's favorite dessert. There are pineapple skin, pastry and milk yolk soup balls. These three things alone show how rich the taste is. The most important thing is that it tastes really good when put together. The smooth sesame cake is refreshing enough.
