A tea shop not worth queuing for

I was so full this morning after eating fried noodles that I went to have afternoon tea after my husband got off work. Every time I pass by Tsim Sha Tsui, I see people queuing up at the entrance of restaurants. I finally have the chance to eat it today! 🌱Signature Ice and Fire Crispy Pineapple Butter Uncover the pineapple bun, add a slice of slightly chilled and half-melted butter, a bite, the pineapple skin is crispy, the bread is quite soft, the butter and pineapple bun melt into one. 🌱Crispy Cream Pig This crème brûlée was over-aired and crispy on that side, but the bread was tough. Too much butter and too little condensed milk. 🌱Iced Lemon Tea The pineapple bun and cream pork were served with iced lemon tea. I told my partner to have less ice, but of course there was no less ice in the end! The tea is not strong enough, the lemon is sour, there is too much sugar, the brew is not good! 🌱Oven cookies and egg tarts Waited two rounds for this egg tart, to eat freshly baked egg tart. The cookie egg tart will make your mouth dry after eating, but the egg is quite fragrant. 🌱Signature satay beef noodles + top one Danish pastry + ham omelet My husband said the satay beef noodles were not good, the Danish pastry was ok, the ham omelet was too oily.
