Big Bian Lu Hot Pot Restaurant 📍 Kowloon City

After work in Kowloon City, I had a dinner party with my wife and friends, and we made an appointment to have hot pot. I went to the restaurant to look for it. I accidentally saw it and gave it a try. The restaurant is really inconspicuous. It needs to be up one floor. The decor is good, clean and tidy, the tables are spacious between the tables, not too crowded. The soup ordered a Yuen Yuen pot, satay with coconut green chicken, satay is full of ingredients, rich, not too salty, with crushed peanuts. The coconut green chicken is sweet and contains several large pieces of chicken. The drinks were ordered soda water and sugarcane spear root water, the bamboo mat spear root is not too sweet. It's quite good to drink. The meat ordered Spanish black hair pig and closed door fillet, black hair pig, quite good, absolutely no pig smell, not too full want to eat more plates. The fillet fillet is fluffy, not tough, and has a strong beef flavour. The portion is quite large. The seafood was ordered Canadian osmanthus mussels and American barrel oysters. The osmanthus mussels were fresh and refreshing. The oysters are big enough. Ordered the snacks of peeled egg sour ginger and pepper and salt corn eggplant, sour ginger peeled egg is also good. The corn is not too dry, and the eggplant is genuinely surprising and very wicked. The balls are called left-handed cuttlefish balls and soy sauce plum meatballs. The cuttlefish balls are made from real ingredients. Plum meatballs, my first time eating, a little like plum meatballs. Crispy bean curd skin, double mushrooms, winter mushrooms & chicken leg mushrooms, plain bean sprouts are especially good to absorb all the satay soup
