The interior is full of antique charm, adorned with numerous Chinese calligraphy and paintings. The sign at the entrance has been in use since the old location, boasting a history of over sixty years. This time, we tried the following dishes: 1. Almond Soup with Pig Lung $280 (The almond flavor is very rich, and the pig lung is delicious. A must-try.) 2. Whole Shrimp Toast (The toast is very crispy and not greasy. The whole shrimp on top is excellent. A must-try.) 3. Roasted Pigeon with Yunnan Ham $400 (The Yunnan ham is very fragrant, and the pigeon slices are tender and tasty.) 4.
