The sukiyaki is prepared by the staff, so just fold your hands and enjoy. Top-Grade US Beef Neck & Japanese Domestic Beef Neck The sukiyaki oil varies by beef price, and we chose beef neck. There are two pieces of domestic Japanese beef and four pieces of US beef. The beef is very tender, melts in your mouth without any residue, and dipping it in egg yolk makes it even more fragrant and smooth.
